Garlic Butter Magic Marron on the BBQ
To prepare put your marron in freezer for 20 minutes to slow their metabolism.
When sufficiently sleepy, cut in half with knife. Clean out interior.
Prepare butter and garlic, white wine, rock salt to taste.
Cook face down for a few minutes. Turn over. Add garlic. Cook for a few more minutes.
Enjoy with a cold beverage, salad and fermented vegies!
